I have only been going for 4 days, but have got my time up to a minute and am already feeling increased strength in my back as evidenced by a naturally improved posture. While my pain hasn't changed, these two factors are enough to keep me going. It's such a little thing to do at the start of your day and the results could be very rewarding longer term.
